Thank you for choosing my practice. To ensure a positive experience for everyone and to help me manage my appointments fairly, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected circumstances and illness can sometimes mean you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. I appreciate your consideration and ask that you follow the policy below.

• Missed appointments If you forget your appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, the full treatment fee will be charged in all cases.

​

• 48 hours notice A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and appointment changes.

 

• Late cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full appointment fee, except in the circumstances outlined below.

 

• Illness on the day If you wake up feeling unwell and are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me before 7:30 am on the morning of your appointment. Provided you notify me by this time, no cancellation fee will apply this gives me a small window to offer the appointment anybody whom may be waiting.

•   Confirmation of cancellation If you cancel via website, email, WhatsApp or voicemail, please ensure you receive a reply from me confirming that your message has been received. Your cancellation is not be considered acknowledged until you receive confirmation. If you have not received a reply, please follow up to ensure your message has reached me.

 

 Gift Vouchers

• Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for the treatment price at point of sale and for 12 months from the date of purchase .  After the expiry date, vouchers become invalid and cannot be redeemed.

Massage Couch Weight Limit

My massage couch has a maximum weight capacity of 160 kg.

Your comfort and safety are my priorities. If your weight is close to or exceeds this limit, please let me know before your appointment so that we can discuss a suitable and safe alternative wherever possible.
