**Terms & Conditions**

 

These terms and conditions are designed to protect me a self-employed individual, as missed appointments and late cancellations can significantly impact my business. I strive to maintain seamless experience for both myself my valued clients. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, please reach out to discuss any cancellation charges, as I am fair and open-minded.

• Missed appointments can create a sense of unease and uncertainty for therapists, as they question the client's commitment to the therapeutic process and wonder about potential barriers to progress. 

• Reduced Morale and Confidence:

  Frequent no-shows can diminish a therapist's enthusiasm and motivation, leading to feelings of being undervalued and potentially impacting their overall sense of effectiveness. 

• Financial Strain:

  No-shows translate to lost revenue for therapists, particularly those in private practice, and can impact their ability to support themselves and their practice. 

• Ethical Dilemmas:

  Balancing compassion and accountability in managing no-shows can be challenging for therapists, who may struggle with how to address the situation ethically. 

• Burnout Risk:

  The emotional toll of managing no-shows, along with the other pressures of a therapy practice, can contribute to therapist burnout. 

 

**Weight limit**There is a weight limit  200kg for massage couch. Your safety is my priority, so please contact me if you exceed these limits, and we can explore alternative options.

 

**Payment:** Payments card, bank transfer, and cash are accepted on the day of your appointment.

**Appointments:** A 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. If you're ill and unable to provide this notice please inform me as soon as possible and ensure that i have received the message, messages sent or left after 8.30am may not picked up as I may have started session for the day. You will not incur a charge but I would request respectfully that you re-book within 2 weeks. Missed appointments/no shows, require full payment for the session, and future appointments may require payment in advance.  I reserve the right to decline appointments if you arrive more than 15 minutes late; a shortened session may be possible, but full payment will still be required.

**Appointment reminders** Prior to your appointment an email is sent with additional information for you, this also acts as way of a reminder for your upcoming appointment. This is a courtesy service that personally take time to initiate and there will be occasions that this may not be carried out. This is not to be relied on for your reminder, at the time of booking it is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment.

**Gift Vouchers:** Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date purchase. After this period, they will become void. At Wandering Soul Therapies' discretion, the expiration date may be extended upon request while the voucher is still valid. When purchasing a gist voucher it is purchased at the current price, when redeeming your gift voucher it holds the value of the treatment at time of purchase.  If there has been a slight increase in price you will be required to top up and pay the current price. Price increases are never more than £5 per treatment and happen every few years. If this causes an issue for you, please have an open discussion with me .

**Promotions:** Discounts are redeemable only by recipient for their own booked appointment of 60 minutes or more. They are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or used for gift voucher purchases. They must be used within the specified expiration period.
